On Monday 27 April, at 10.30 a.m., the Council Chamber of Palazzo Carafa in Lecce will host the official press conference presenting the second edition of Armonie del Mediterraneo – Viaggi, Miti e Ritorni, the Festival dedicated to the arts, cultural exchange and dialogue at the heart of the Salento.
The Festival is conceived and promoted by the Euro-Mediterranean Cultural Heritage Agency, in collaboration with the Municipality of Lecce, with the support of the Italian Ministry of Tourism through the National Tourism Fund (FUNT) – 2025 Current Expenditure Programme (Project Code CUP F89I25002020001).
The Festival is delivered in partnership with the "Tito Schipa" Conservatoire of Music, Lecce, Fondazione Treccani Cultura ETS, Aletheia Teatro, BandAdriatica, Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, and Quarta Agency, directed by Rosanna Quarta.
Speakers at the press conference will include Adriana Poli Bortone, Mayor of Lecce and Councillor for Culture; Luigi Puzzovio, President of the "Tito Schipa" Conservatory of Music - Lecce; actress and director Carla Guido and director Toni Candeloro, presenting the MITIKA – Teatro e Mito nella contemporaneità programme; Rosanna Quarta; Vincenzo Grasso on behalf of BandAdriatica; together with representatives of the Festival's artistic and institutional partners.
